So glad our original plans fell through because it brought us to this amazing spot! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Lyndsay was a fantastic server; so kind, upbeat, and right on top of everything. The restaurant has a great vibe, featuring a really cool pizza oven in the corner. Every bite of food was delicious. Their house made pastas and sauces are top tier, and the gnocchi might just be the best I've ever had. Even the complimentary warm bread and seasoned oil were phenomenal. If you go in June or July, they have a massive half-off food deal on Mondays and Wednesdays! We were already sold, but then the owner generously gave us a complimentary slice of limoncello cake that was so moist and flavorful. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Overall, my sister and I had a great experience. We made a reservation for six, but when we arrived there were only two parties in the restaurant, surprising, but not an issue. Our server was wonderful, just a bit slow, likely because she was the only one working. We sat outside, so I can’t fully speak on the indoor dining, but from what I saw it had a cozy vibe. The drinks were excellent, and the bread was fresh and enjoyable. I did wish the dipping option leaned more toward a classic oil, garlic, and cheese setup, the herb mix they served wasn’t bad, just not my personal favorite. The melanzane was a standout- rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with cheese. I ordered the gnocchi bolognese (my go-to), and it did not disappoint. You could really taste the veal; Bellissimo. My sister had the carbonara, and it was just as impressive. We were both genuinely happy with our meals. For dessert, we shared the tiramisu. It was good, but had a slight lemon note that caught us off guard; Possibly from cross-use of utensils with another dessert like a lemon cake. Not a dealbreaker, just a bit unexpected.

Chicken parm was cooked well. The sauce, however was sweet, so not a fan. Also there was an up charge to change from potatoes to pasta, which I didn’t care for. But the pasta was cooked perfect. The chicken lasagna was average. Very creamy and somewhat bland. Pizza cooked well but also ok. Overall decent place for the value.

The Brother Trattoria was an amazing dining experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. One of the highlights was seeing the pasta prepared tableside, which added such a special touch to the meal. The service was attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was cozy, classy, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a memorable Italian restaurant experience, this place is absolutely worth visiting. Highly recommended!

First time eating here - it was amazing!! Went with my wife and son. For appetizers we had the Prosciutto E Melone which was a great combination of flavors. We also had the fried calamari - the batter was light and crunchy. For dinner we had the spaghetti carbonara, fettucine pesto, and rigatoni della casa. We all loved our pasta! The sauce in each had a great richness and depth of flavor. You can also add a protein (chicken, shrimp, sausage, or meatballs) which is a great option. For dessert we had creme brulee and lemoncello cake, both of which were delicious. The service was excellent - Lyndsay took great care of us! This on one of the best Italian restaurants we've eaten at - highly recommend!
